hey guys this the guy who usually posts on pchoiceis gone on vacation for a while and he left me with this account to use as i dont have a computer i have to go to the library and they dont let you sign up for things there and he told me that you wer a great source of info. ok im about 190lbs 5'10" pretty much real fat like 27% bodyfat and im desperate to do soemthing about it. my mother died about a year ago and since then ive just put on wieght. would somebody post a link to a website with free diet menus or something free that helps people lose weight im not very wealthy so i cant afford to buy these weight loss programs and books also i am being alowed to us pchoice's home gym if nobody has a link to something FREE that i could use to lose wirght , could somebody post a sample like 2 day menu for me i figure i should be eating at least 2000 cals to lose weight. somebody please help me.

Why don't you give us an example of what you would usually eat in a day and we can advise from there.  Help you make gradual changes at your own pace so that you stick to it.

Sorting out your training is another.  Slowly introducing more and more cardio activity would be beneficial as well and that can be done for free quite easily.

Your bf seems to be at a high stage though so taking things slowly and properly is the key here to make things last.

Increasing some lean muscle tissue will help change your body composition for the better, and then the positive gradual changes to diet and physical activity will lower the fat, so that will help towards the body comp. change too.
