Less supplements, more nutritional foods. Less focus on protein, more focus on carbs and fats (energy sources). What is your routine, exercises, and volume?

Forget your stack. Buy a good quality fish oil and a good quality whey - and lots of food.

In my opinion, correlate the stack and a great diet and you will succeed in your goals. Stick with the muscle igniter, I've had it, and am now on myoshock. Muscle Igniter is cheaper and the results will be the same with heat shock proteins. AMP NO wasn't bad when I cycled it. If you wanted an extreme NO go for Jack3d, no explanation necessary, its amazing. Protein looks good, I take a Casein at bedtime (optimum nutrition makes one) and it is a slow digesting protein to keep your muscles in an anabolic state. Any other questions?
