if u make sure that u change up ur workouts and diet, u will barely ever plateau.

Intstead of doing sets of 10 do sets of 8...or if u usually eat 6 times a day eat 3 times..or the opposite....instead of eating 3000 cals, eat 4000...u just gotta vary everything or ur body just thinks its normal so it wont grow.

well i have three days, first day is chest and bicep and the second i shoulder and back, third is tricep and legs.
in the first month my bench doubled and so did my curl and every other workout. i sitch workouts every 2 months like from the bench predd to dumbell press and the bar curl to z bar curl.
but like after 4 months of gains i started caring more about cutting and i acheived it by showing much more definition and veins on my biceps and all but the problem is that i stopped keeping records and when i asked my friend if im improving he told me that i stopped bout 2 weeks ago...i go everyday and after i finished all 3 days i take 1 day rest mainly cuz im doin some cutting which is around 15-20 reps. thnk u in advance...this is my pic 6 months ago b4 i started training
