pics from 6,4,2, and 1 month ago

ok, so 6 months ago, i felt like ish.  im 5'8 and i weighed 190...my main goal was to slim down to 165, where i am at now!  i also wanted to gain some muscle tone, which i think i have.  at this point i'd like to start bulking up muscle.  ive worked at it hard with cardio and weights...i think it may be time for me to slow down a bit on the cardio and hit the weights harder.  i dont want to look too scrawny...the first 2 pics are from 6 months ago, the next is from 4 months ago, then there are 3 pics from 2 months ago, then one pic from 1 month ago........
 
dammmitttt...my pics are in bmp format...any idea how to change them to jpegs?

bobbi, i tried this and it still didnt work.  i open the pic, click file (save as), then write .jpeg after the name of the pic and save.  when i try to upload, it says, bmp.jpeg is not recognized or it says it cannot be uploaded.  thanks for trying to help.  This may be just me being an idiot trying to save it properly though

dont type in .jpeg.  type in a name like 6months and then use the pull down to select the format and select jpg

when i open the picture up it is in microsoft office picture manager, after this, i click file then save as, under file name i typed in 6months, when i try to click on the "save as type", nothing drops down to choose from...all it says is "windows bitmap" in the box in a faded color, but it doesnt allow me to do anything with it.  what the hell am i doing wrong?  thanks all...sorry for being such a computer idiot.

ok you need to try opening it w/ a different program. Im sure you have Paint. Just right click the thumbnail or title of the picture and select--> open with---> Paint.  follow the same instructions as before and it should let u save in any format.

started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs)
current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)

How's the training and diet like?

 
thanks...well as far as the diet and supps goes, i was taking cell mass and no x for 2 months, and have since decided NOT to use them....right now i am taking BSN's syntha 6 protein and mega man sport multi v as far as supps go....for my diet, it has been lots of fish (mostly talapia), lots of green veggies, whole grain or whole wheat breads, pasta, and rice, lots of grilled, baked or broiled chicken, (apples, bananas, whole almonds, protein bars, etc....for snacks)......go lean crunch or oatmeal or egg whites for breakfast, REAL peanut butter from my local amish farmers market, turkey sometimes, and TONS of water!!!!!  I will post my current workout in the critique my training section tomorrow!  I use a routine for 4-6 weeks, take a week off and then use an entirely different routine.....im gonna need to just EAT more of what Im eating to put on more muscle mass i guess.........
