im 16 and im really busy with alot of things...i work go to a performing arts school do 6 plays a year...so i really dont have time to go to a gym..is there anything like a basic workout that i can do just at home like situps..pushups..crunches?..i used to do situps crunches and basically anything that was on that power 90 video..but now i just want to get more defined abs and better biceps and more mass..just at home if its possible.

Here are a list of a few different body weight exercises that you can do. As far as abs go I would reccomend reading 8Pack's basis to perfect abs. He has a lot of good information in there.
