If you go to bed within the next few hours, then the bread is a bad idea.  PB, nuts, cottage cheese all good choices

It won't kill you, but there's better carb choices than bread.  And there's better night-time choices than carbs.  But if it's that or nothing, then definitely eat it.

haha I haven't seen any recent pics of him, and it's hard to tell from just one.  I'm def watching the fight tho.  If sherk truly wasn't on roids, and comes out 100%, he has a very good chance of beating penn.  My money is on bj, tho Smile

i wouldnt recommend it, if its at 10pm, unless your not sleeping for a while. but yeah im restricting most of my carbs to veggies, oatmeal and brown rice.

ABOUT THE COTTEGE CHEESE
i think it depends a lot on your body type. danmirage advised me to not have it before i sleep as it contains sugar and i put on fat really easily, 1.5+ hours before i sleep i'll have a small meal with a complex carb, protein, and fat.

i wish i was an ecto lol

really?  it's only like 2 grams of sugar.. not that much IMO.  but to each his own.

yes.. being an ecto is awesome.. when CUTTINGSmile.

i'm bulking and it's ANNOYING as hell.  i eat a TONNNNNNNN.  take like 4 dumps a day ROFL.  and gain like half a pound in 2 days.    i suppose that is fine, but sometimes i don't gain at all. my body is fighting me.

on the other hand.. when it's time to cut, the fat will melt off like butter.  seriously.. gimme 2 months, and i'll have a 6 pack.  so easy!Smile
