at 10pm ... good for cutting ? its what i plan to eat at work .. then have a protein shake when i get home before i go to bed ..

If you go to bed within the next few hours, then the bread is a bad idea. PB, nuts, cottage cheese all good choices

i take my final break at 10pm and get off at 12 .. i probably wont go to sleep at around 2 .. would that be alright ?

It won't kill you, but there's better carb choices than bread. And there's better night-time choices than carbs. But if it's that or nothing, then definitely eat it.

i wouldnt recommend it, if its at 10pm, unless your not sleeping for a while. but yeah im restricting most of my carbs to veggies, oatmeal and brown rice. ABOUT THE COTTEGE CHEESE i think it depends a lot on your body type. danmirage advised me to not have it before i sleep as it contains sugar and i put on fat really easily, 1.5+ hours before i sleep i'll have a small meal with a complex carb, protein, and fat. i wish i was an ecto lol
