pasting into posts?

Whenever i try to copy and paste somthing into a post it doesnt work, just say if i wanted to copy a website and then paste the link back into a post it doesnt do anything. is this just more or does it happen to everyone?
P.S: Im using firefox and dont have any other problems with it other than this.

Its because this sites forum software uses wysiwyg instead of bb code so thats why its having problems copying and pasting into the reply box.

oh, i dont know what version my firefox is i checked in properties and it didnt say i guess i'll just update it  thanks.
