1.pasta (my god how did anyone guess that? lol) with preference of chicken stock or not, doesnt matter.
2.sweetcorn
3.slices of chicken from breast or slices from actual bought sliced chicken slices.
4.tuna.
5.protein shake
cook everything that needs cooking seperately and add it all in at the end.
Even better with this dish is that you can make tons of it and store it in the fridge as long as its covered for a good 2 days without it going off.
Oh it tastes nice too

and if you have a whole tin of tuna with it, chicken with it and pastas protein amount and a shake you can get a good 50-60grams of protein in this dish each time.
