I am trying a new protein by cytosport and the descripton says that it is good because it is partially pre-digested whey? what the hell does that mean

Ugh what kind of cytosport protein? Muscle milk?
Probobly means that it's broken down into amino acids.

Yeah probably the amino acid thing, either that or it has enzymes that break down the whey when acitvated by something else in your stomach so you can eat tonnes of the stuff and not worry about not being able to digest it all.
