When I bench 405 on my 6th rep it always seems to cramp up and it hurts extremely bad it comes from around the inner armpit area does anyone know what that could be. This has just started lately from right to left intermedietley. My max is over 500 so its not a question of strength and my form is good so whats wrong?

just stop doing heavy bench for 3 weeks before it get worst and after 3 weeks,if u still have some kind of pain,ask again

You said it just started recently, but then it started a month ago before you "stopped". Anyway in your other post you say you are 14 years old with 14 inch biceps. I don't think you can max over 500 with 14 inch biceps at 14 years old.
