Personally, I think it's too expensive. Go to walmart and purchase a 2lb tub of Bodyfortress Whey.. It's $12.99 and actually taste good.

I agree with finding a cheaper source of whey protein. As much as people will probably flame me, I don't trust walmart with a set of tires for my car. I most certainly dont trust them with a product that I consume and put into my body everyday. Many will probably say, "they are a huge company with a lot to lose, why would they have bad products", big companies=big money which leads to people looking the other way. In all honesty it is probably perfectly fine( plus I have a personal hate of all walmarts) and might even come from the same manufact. that does whey for some of the bigger companies but it is one thing I wouldnt mess around with, a product that you consume daily. In bulk I dont even think it is that good of a deal and if you intend on continuing whey and working out then I would buy more rather then less. Dont get the product you asked about tho, GNC charges a criminal rate for what that stuff is . Look online or at least buy from GNC when they have a good deal and when it is goldcard time. What they get you with on that stuff you were asking about is that it is 3 scoops/serving at only 16 scoops per container. Yes it does have 60g of protein/serving but so does any normal whey powder for 3 scoops and it will be much cheaper.

I pretty much hate walmart with a passion as well.. but fyi. bodyfortress is sold at several other big chains, target being one of them... Another little known fact about whey... All in all, there are only a hand full of manufacturers who make whey. Companies like Bodyfortress purchase the whey from these manufacturers and have their own label put on the tub. Some might even alter the blend slightly so they are a little different.. but other than that.. no much difference other than the packaging.. As much as I hate walmart.. I still keep a tub of bodyfortress whey in the kitchen..

Does all BF whey have creatine in it or is that only certain types?

I guess about a year ago they altered what they call their proprietary blend..or as they like to call it.. SUPER RECOVERY BLEND... LOL. they added creatine mono, Taurine. L-glutamne, leucine, isoleucine, and valine.. two scoops have 18 grams and one scoop has 9 grams.. If everything was added equally.. each scoop would have 1.5 grams of the above... 3 grams for two scoops.. Not really enough creatine to make a difference imo.. but who knows.. AT $12.99 For a 2lbs tub.. you can't beat it.. Every new tub I've seen has the above added.. but I'm sure some of the olds are still sitting on shelfs somewhere unsold..

yes yes yes! I buy all my normal whey protein from walmart, I mean cmon I dont really like walmart either but im sure as hell not paying 20-60 bucks for a tub of protein on a regular basis because it has a different label on it. Occasionally I will shell out 26 bucks to vitamin shoppe for a tub of muscle milk, use it occasionally and it will last me a few months. But other than that cant beat it. I mix in some insta coffee with my whey... and then body fortress has their creatine, they redid the flavor about the same time they redid they whey, tastes tons better. I have a tub of flavorless mono, I switch between the 2 if I dont want all the carbs from the premix. Send me 39.95, and I will tell you all my amazing secrets!!!
