I've been away for a month or so for certain reasons, I havent been working out between this time and have lost a bit of weight, nothing much, but it makes me useless for that bulking comp im in, so ive decided to just retire from it and have a go at another contest afterwards. It's ashame as i was making quite good gains too, my strengths have gone down too il have to re do my siggy, but theyre not major strength losses. anyway I saw a machine while shopping yesterday which measured everything from height, to weight, to BMI, to body fat indexes. Here's mine, lets see what everyone elses are. Weight-10st9.7lbs/67.9kg (150lbs) height-5'11.1 in/180cm (I am taller than this, for one i was wearing trainers and i measure myself 5'11.1 without them, its because i had carried heavy shopping all damn day and when it said "measuring height" I was slouching, damn it, im more 6'0" with trainers on, but oh well) bodyfat estimation fat index-11.7% (VERY surprising, for proof look at my critique topic, I look like i have VERY low bodyfat, maybe its because i went on this machine right after eating very greasy KFC LOL) fat mass-1st 3.4lbs/7.9kg Free fat mass-9st 6.2lbs/60.0kg age and gender 20/male (machine wouldnt go to 18...damn it) The machine wouldnt go to 18 so buggar heres the averages for people Your normal weight (for my height) is between 63.4kg and 78.9kg 9st 13.7lbs-12st 5.9lbs your current BMI is 20.9 The normal BMI values are 20-24.9 Normal fat index-14-20% normal fat mass-9.8-15kg or 1st 7.6lbs-2st 5.0lbs st=stone stone=14lbs bicep=14" chest=38.5" waist=30" forearms=12.5" wrists=7.25" thighs=20 3/4" calves=14.25" armspan=6'1" neck=15.5" shoulders=16.25" foot size=10.25"
