Thats encouraging to know.I was wondering if after six months of hard workouts why my chest hadnt grown as much as I thought it would (it has grown tho).I had started to fear that muscle growth might not be possible at 35!Thanks for the encouraging post!

What are you doing for chest right now?
How's your diet? Getting the right amount of calories from the right sources?

Over 35 muscle?  LOL.  You can build muscle over 60.  I competed in my first contest at age 61.  At age 63, I continue to add muscle.  I have not peaked.  I am only wondering how long I will continue to add muscle.  65, 70, 75?   LOL

Hey, Scott, aren't you supposed to be sitting in a rocking chair at 63? LOL Seriously, you're one of the few older (sorry for that unsuitable word) guys who have impressed me and convinced me that it's not too late to start a new life at 39. Keep it up, man.

Hey Crash, you're my age.  I've been working at this for about 1.5 years.  Change doesn't happen overnight like it can for some whipper-snappers, but change does reward the consistent!

I will have a physique that men in their 20s envy in my early 40s.  It might take me longer, but I'm on my way, and I'll scale that mountain yet!

I've been into it for only four months and I'm happy with the results - I mean really happy. I feel as if I were 20, and I expect that to get even better.
