opinion on 2 days per week

now that it's summer, i'm back to working 4-5 days per week on a farm, so i'm going to have to change my routine from 4 days down to probably 2. wednesdays and sundays i plan on full body workouts, i could maybe squeeze in another workout but doubt it would be beneficial since i get beat up from work more often than not. i figure, i will still see good progress with just 2 days due to the physicalness of my job, which also requires a lot of rest. anyone disagree with this logic? full body workouts would be: squats 3X5 deadlifts 1X5 bb bench 3X5 alternated with db incline and weighted dips bb oh press 3X5 alternated with dbs weighted chins 3X5 alternated with bb rows and db rows abs here and there i generally alternate between upper/lower and full body, now im more limited to full body any suggestions?
bulking/strength training soon to begin bill starr's 5X5 current maxes: squats: 255 deadlifts: 300 bench: 185 oh press: 125 goals for jan 1: squats: 300 deadlifts: 350 bench: 210 oh pressL 145

i dont see anything wrong with your routine and nothing wrong with your logic. i think you could even add in bb rows instead of alternating with chins.

looks like a wise decision to me. you'll be stressing the body everyday when you work on the farm most likely... so 2 days / week seems sufficient to me. and your routine looks good as well.
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

Looks fine. I would put the press before the deadlifts, so your lower back gets a little rest between squats and deadlifts.

thanks for the responses guys, for some reason i missed them until now. coldfire-good idea about giving the lower back a break, ill do that. xmax- i have been stressing pullups more than rows inthe last few months, so i might acually do more rows now, so i will be doing them every time then perhaps with pullups every other ive also added 2 sets of pullovers alternated with dips after what i posted, for some reason i really like pullovers
