440 calories per bar!!!! too fatty for my liking if im honest. if youre trying to bulk up, fair enough, but theyre also pricey.

maybe a bit high on the sugar side..6g..Not bad maybe in the morning but not any other time..Unless of course you are bulking, you can take on a little more sugar.

6g of sugar really is not that much. Quite a bit of Fat but it appears to be mostly quality fats. If you are looking for a meal replacement or looking to add some calories to your diet they look pretty good. Real food is always better but ya know.

I was thinking in terms of cutting, you wouldn't really want to add something sugary like that, especially due to it not being real food like fruit. Or is 6g sugar nothing to worry about when cutting?

motokouk I was thinking in terms of cutting, you wouldn't really want to add something sugary like that, especially due to it not being real food like fruit. Or is 6g sugar nothing to worry about when cutting? Fruit juice has like 30g per 8oz. Cottage cheese is like 4-6g per cup. It really isn't that much but your right, too much refined sugar is not what you want on a cut.
