wit the one handed push,you know the one that where you put ur leg up and work on side of ur chest now wit this pump the chest out or make flat and tone cuz i don't want a real pumped chest

legs up during a pushup is called a decline push up.  I think thats what you mean but im not 100% sure.

yea that's what i mean now does that pump your chest out or does that flatten and tone

"TONE" means lose fat, keep muscle (so you can see it better)

Hes thinking his chest is gonna blow up if he does decline push ups. He just wants to have a very lean chest which he would get just from doing bodywieght exercises and cardio.

i already do that cardio wights i would already say i have a lean chest i just want to keep it up
