Hello Friends, i am still focussing on bulk please critique. I am on 5x5 workout heavy lifting. Bicep is 15.5 inches flexed without pump.

you have got to be the biggest 150 pounder i have ever seen, holy wow.

you look a lot bigger than me in pictures but you are smaller than me in measurements. anyway, you are doing really well so keep going.

i am bad at leg workout i do free squats i will post leg shot in the morning can you please tell me where in upper body i am lacking the most.

Focus on developing your legs.

But as far as upper body goes - not a lot negatively can be said. Your traps and abdominals appear to be lagging a little bit though.

We also need a back shot.

Thank you MVP My weight is exact 150 lbs i am hard gainer ,my body fat percentage is not 16% it was years old.My dead lift is 291.2 i dont dead lift anymore beacuse i had lower backpain problem. my maximum bench press is 220 lbs 5 reps.(Sorry for bad english)

You could pass for 160-170 around 11% bodyfat easy.

Your bench is impressive, but it shouldn't be that close to your deadlift. Whatever it is you're doing is obviously working so keep up the work and update us with some more progression pictures in a few months!

Looking good, arms look like your biggest body part and a little too large for the rest, but crazy they are only 15.5  I would do what some others have said, put some emphasis on your back as a whole, and most especially make sure you get those lats worked.  You upper chest has some filling in to do, but as you put on more muscle that'll happen if you have a decently balanced routine.

I would make sure to focus on those legs, they will help growth everywhere.  And it will make you feel like a beast as they get stronger.

Thats me pumped in gym my chest is 43 inches without pump and biceps are 16.3 pumped.
