I believe it's time for you to slice and dice. Do emphasize the legs more, they are the building blocks to your body as amino acids are to protein synthesis.

Without them, you will not be as efficient nor reach your full potential.

Well done!!  This is why I envy guys under 6' tall.  I have a 32" waist, and at 6'2" and 150, I looked like a telephone pole.  Even with 20 more pounds on me, I only look like a thicker telephone pole.

It's pretty clear that chest and upper arms are your strengths -the mere fact that you are already sporting 15.5" guns and a chest that swole at 150 tells me you either hit the genetics jackpot, or you spend too much time on them (or maybe a bit of both, LOL).  Either way, I'm going to respectfully disagree with the cutting suggestion and tell you to go for at least another 10-15 pounds before you do that.

You've already stated that you want to be huge, and honestly, you're in a very enviable position to accomplish exactly that.  If your legs really are lagging, bringing them into the mix with a lot of heavy squats and deadlifts will net you a ridiculous anabolic spillover (wanna get those guns and pecs even bigger?)

Not to mention, you're going to want a little extra "throw-away" muscle on your thighs before you start a cutting phase, as this typically involves a lot of cardio, and I've YET to see a guy who can shred without losing an appreciable amount of mass below the belt.  If you don't have it to begin with, or the imbalance is noticable, jumping into a fat-loss mode could exacerbate the problem.

I agree with veg.

Why on earth would someone tell him to cut? He's already lean. His goal is to get bigger anyway, he'd look like an escaped T-Rex from Jurassic Park at 165lbs.

hmm.. I thought you both looked pretty damn good when you were ripped..    The bulk is cool... But I think you both could have stayed a bit leaner..  There is no right weight to cut Veg, it all depends on your starting frame.  You don't generally want your BF% to get to high because as an end result you will lose alot of muscle in the cut.    Don't worry about your weight on the scale watch your measurements and BF%.  It's all about being a better you not trying to look like someone else.

That's just my 2 cents passed down to me by countless others, who told me it's all done in years not months.

The only thing I see wrong with that video, is I personally would recommend bending your knees and sticking your chest out a bit more.

You're always going to be slightly bent at the hips.  He doesn't mean keep your back completely vertical; more likely, he means you're rounding you back as you bend down.

It helps if you concentrate on arching your back ("arching" = backward, "rounding" = forward) and pulling your shoulders back, and ribcage up throughout the ROM.  The only point your torso should be pivoting on is your hips.  Any forward rounding above the waist your lumbar vertebrae are toast.
