Suzy: Don't know enough about your situation to offer an answer. At 50+, are you just starting on a exercise program? How many days a week do you exercise? How vigerous is your workout? Do you do cardio? How much do you weigh? How tall are you? What kind of a diet are you on? And, what are your short-term and long-term goals? If you care to answer these questions, we will do our best to give you some sound advice.
