well I'm off Creatine I did like it but I would like to try some thing new, my goal is mass/strength what about this

is this one of those thing's that bad for me? like a PH? dos it work? if not whats a good mass gaining pill that's not bad for me

id stick with creatine its proven and u know it works, im not sure about the above supplement personally i think its just a bunch of bs but the natural sterol complex is just test booster, its made by universal (the same ppl who make the animal staks) which would help alot depending on your age. but id stick with creatine multi's and protein
