yea that seems good. Maybe do cardio on wed ... and fri ... and do abs with legs ... something like that id say keep sunday off .... its important to have one day where your body fully relaxes ... ontop of this, you will enjoy your sundays a lot more =)

I like having one day in the middle of the week and two at the end. Something like- M- lift T- lift W- off T- lift F- lift S- off S- off Do abs with your back or legs day and cardio is fine for your off days but don't go crazy.
Bench- 315 Squat- 345 Dead- 515 Total- 1175

im on a three day lifting program at the moment, tuesday, thursday, sunday, with jogs on mondays, weds and saturday. i would prefer to have at least one day overlapping but i simply dont ahve the time. when i go back onto a bulk, i will lift for 4 days, and and jog on 2. i think the importance lies with actually resting body parts as opposed to COMPLETE rest. a leisurely jog on an off day will not hamper development.
