i have so much oatmeal at home that it is sickening. make shakes with it, eat it when i dont have any other carb choices in the house, eat it when there are other carb choices, make granola bars with it, make castles out of it.... oatmeal can do anything! it can even fly!

I have 2 cups of oatmeal every morning with my eggs and milk. I mix in a little flax meal and some coconut oil.

I have 2 cups of oatmeal mixed with water 5 times a day. Doesn't take time to prepare like pasta/potatoes/rice, much easier to consume large quantaties of than pasta/potatoes/rice, and has much better carb:calorie ratio than potatoes and same as pasta/rice.

I usually mix it in a glass with water, and drink it down raw.

I always got quaker instant oats. I just chuck them in my protein shake, and eat it like regular cold cereal after I drink down some of the shake.

Sometimes when I get tired of cooking lunch, I eat a bowl of oatmeal and I'm full. Goes best with bananas and strawberries for me. I also like some oatmeals that have flavor in them.
