o weight lift about an hour after eating a big meal

right here is a easy one for you guys (and girls) i havent been training for long but am making good progress in muscle growth and fat loss but tonight i had a big meal about an hour before i decided to to my nightly weights but for some unkown reason i seeemed to have lost my energy pretty quick i take creatine tablets about half hour before workout as usual but like i said tonight wasnt a very good workout i am thinking maybe the creatine tablets got stuck behind my meal what do you all think and recomend also how long before my training should i take creatine CAPSUALS

Depending on what you had it may not have sat well. I always put off eating until after I workout. I usually drink Protein before the gym and a meal after. Sometimes its best not to have to much in my stomach when lifting heavy.

I always wait at least an hour an a half before lifting after eating.

ok guys and jane thanks for the info im going to try just eating some tuna or something then have my meal after my workout and see how that hangs once again wetdawg more invalubale info cheers buddy
