no-xplode , p90x and cellmass

hi, well well im new here . my question is : can i take NO-XPLOTED, P90X AND CELLMASS? what do u think? or p90x and cellmass?? thank for ur answer

People were more helpful here a couple years ago lol, no xplode is a pre-workout drink that gets you amped for your workout, p90x is a workout routine thats fast paced and pretty hard to do, cellmass creatine would help you recover quicker, but i've been reading everywhere creatine mono is better than cellmass ethyl ester. I was using cell mass and i wasnt too happy with it. But if you are asking if you can use all three of those without one conflicting with the other then yes, they can be used. If you can keep up with the intesity of p90x without the no-xplode then it wouldnt be necessary but it would definatly keep you energized to keep up with that routine.

ok thank ... i can keep up with intesity of p90x without NO-XPLORE , I THINK IT WONT TAKE BUT I WILL TAKE THE CELLMASS , now cellmass is a recovery drink or is a muscle growth and density? i need to take any special food for my workout or just follow the p90x nutricion plan??

The whole monohydrate vs ethyl ester thing is stupid. It reacts with people differently. Personally i think ethyl ester works better for me, while monohydrate works better for anther person. Instead of looking into no-xplode try researching about jack3d. Apparently its very potent and much better than no-xplode. However, i have not tried jack3d, i have just read about other people having done so with great results, more so than no-xplode. Another word of advice about no-xplode, you will have the ****s soooo bad, just telling you before hand.

Its both recovery and muscle growth/density, but if you're trying to build muscle you will need some protein, whether from a protein shake or from food high in protein after workout.

no , is not from one scoop its from my blender 1 cup of skim milk 1-1/2 scoops protein powder ( whey protein powder) 1 cup berries 1/2 banana 1/2 cup ice what do u think?

Sounds delicious. Btw, P90X is more useful for burning fat. If your goal is to gain muscle, you might do better on a lower rep routine with heavier weights.

unfortunately, i have noticed those things and was wondering if anyone else has had these sice effects. Not necessarily shrinkage but kind of a squeezing feeling. Used to have ropes now just dribs. Anyone else with No explode/cellmass?

I have been using no xplode for almost two weeks now, and it's been great. I feel the effects in about 15 minutes, the only problem is I get really aggressive and agitated. But other than than it's great, I heard about it from some friends who heard about it from someone who uses it and they said it was amazing. So I went to the store (fitness market) and asked about, and they had nothing but good things to say about it so I gave it a try and it does actually work. I get great pumps after only a set, now after every session I have I can barely take my shirt off to shower. And even when I get home I can still feel the pump all over my body. I can train with much more intensity, lift heavier, life longer, run further and harder and not get tired. It makes you want to keep going. I'm just wondering now that a product this good might be bad for you, I haven't had any bad side effects but is it doing me damage. If someone can help with that I would really appreciate it.
