not new to lifting, but need an opinion on numbers...

I am 16. I have been lifting for about 1 year, and haven't cut weight yet; pretty much have just been bulking because I'm pretty skinny (in my opinion, at least). I am 5'5 ~135lbs. 150-155x6 bench 150x4 clean 185x6 squat 80x6 curl (2 arm barbell, not 1 arm dumbell) 140x6 deadlift (sure I could do more, just started deadlift) do these numbers look decent at all? I think my physique is pretty decent so far, although I find my biceps to be a bit lacking compared to my triceps because of overall flexing size/definition. I can put up some pics a bit later, but I think I look possibly heavier than I really am because I haven't cut yet - and am wondering when a good idea might be to start cutting (guessing not until early spring since it's just getting to be winter and I don't need a nice summer body, yet). I have lots of questions in this post, just answer what you can!

I hear ya. form is one of the things I focus on the most. I used to wrestle and there would be punishments if the form wasn't correct during the workouts. thanks for the complement on the numbers, though. any ideas on how to further bulk, and how to do it correctly?
