im 21 but barely began to seriously lift weights. I am using a HIGH weight LOW rep system doing 2 muscle groups a day 3 times a week. i eat alot of protein items(despite the beliefs of tuna)and i want strength and size before i get RIPPED.. Should i do anything different?? i have a pic in the picture THREAD section...oh and thanks for having me here...VERY NEW

Welcome to DB!

Your best bet is to read the top posts in the various forums. They will be extremely helpful in terms of training and nutrition. Take a look there first.

You will have to decide if you want to embark on a bulk phase or a cut phase. Building muscle and losing fat at the same time is pretty near impossible. As they are conflicting goals.
