get a goerge foreman grill or a product simliar to that helps so much to take out oil ud be suprsid how much it takes out plus take the chicken and put it into a sandwich or in the fridge in a container and heat up in a microwave for a quick meal

This thing is a life saver.  I have to use a communal kitchen in the dorm so using the GFG I can grill up about 12 lbs of boneless chicken breast in like an hour.  Thanks George!
