Welcome to DB!

Your best bet is to read the top posts in the various forums. They will be extremely helpful in terms of training and nutrition. Take a look there first.

You will have to decide if you want to embark on a bulk phase or a cut phase. Building muscle and losing fat at the same time is pretty near impossible. As they are conflicting goals.

Just don't overcomplicate things.  There is a lot to be learned, but you need to have the basic principles down.  Focus on getting much, much stronger at squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls.  Eat 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight per day, and only count that from complete sources like meat, fish, eggs, and dairy.  Add in carbs and fats to give you energy to train and calories to grow.  Adjust here and there as needed.

Stick to the basics at first (compound lifts such as squats and deadlifts)...as you progress add on isolation lifts (preacher curls, tricep extensions etc.) Just eat and lift your butt off. If you want supplements go to walmart...15 dollar creatine.
