i jjust shook my bottle of no xplode on accident. what should i expect? i heard ppl get stomach cramps and stuff from shaking it.

shaking it = explosion. be careful. people get stomach cramps regardless of whether they have shaken it or not. The best thing to do, is fast for 2 hours BEFORE taking it. you need an empty stomach. Mix your no-explode with 12 oz of gatorade instead of water. combining it with electrolytes keeps the nausea away.. IF you get any. i mixed mine with gatorade on an empty stomach and never had any problems, and i occasionally shook the bottle haha. found out real quickly why u shouldn't do that. it's like an erruption

mine didnt erupt or anything. i donbt think i shook it long enough. i remembered not to within a few seconds. yea i do have neusea right now tho. i feel like im gonna throw up but im tryin to hold it down.

I find myself to feel a little sick if I do not consistently drink water while I'm working out on NO XPlode.... I think staying hydrated is key... works for me anyway.

yea i constantly drink water too while working out. how much do you take tho? becuz i only get the benefits from 3 1/2 scoops.

omg its not going to explode you numbnuts. You are probably feeling nauseated because of the caffeine and the fact you have very low tolerance to it, also like silverfox said eating before hand can cause some really bad cramping, make sure to eat at least 1.5-2 hours or taking a shake 1 hour before taking no-xplode otherwise you will be in a world of hurt trust me.

i kno it doesnt explode! i was being sarcastic. and i dont get nausiated as long as i drink water right after i finish it and also during my workout.

The cover to the mouthpiece on my shaker will blow open if I shake it... thats about it. 3 1/2 scoops is a LOT. Especially to start. I started with two scoops... I still stay right in that area and I am floating around 190 lbs.

i didnt just start taking it. i been taking it for about 3 months. only on the days i workout tho. idk if its just my mind or what but i dont feel anything unless i take 3-3 1/2 scoops. and i just turned 16. im 6'3 195

yea usually i just mix it in a glass but that one time i put it in a water bottle and shook it on accident like i would with a protein shake, and thats the only time i had an upset stomach.
