I just bought it today and used it for the first time. I heard so many good things about it, but I couldn't believe how bad it tastes. It is literally the worst tasting supplement I've ever had. I could barely get it down. I would like to know how everyone on this board takes this, do you mix it with some strong juice or what?
Current Supplements: animal pak, whey, no shotgun

i also agree it tastes bad.. but i take it with about 4oz of water in one gulp (like a shot) and chase it with water right after.. its not that bad.. but the effects are awesome.. this is the only NO+creatine supp that hasnt upset my stomach.. me and my brother both have more efficient workouts with it.. recover fast and can push out more reps.. two thumbs up, taste tho, two thumbs down..

is it ok to take no shotgun before workout and celltech hardcore after workout?
or is that too much creatin?

yeah thats fine. I'm doing no shotgun pre and cell tech post. No shotgun is defiently a good product, but I just don't understand why they couldnt invest in flavoring it.
Current Supplements: animal pak, whey, no shotgun
