its been forever since last on here but also its been awhile out of the gym , getting it renewed here very soon this gives me time though to get everything straitend out soi'll be prepared to go after it all again so for right now about the only thing in this journal is gonna be diet after the gym slipped i also slipped off the diet i really got bad in the eating department in all eating once twice a day huge un nutritional meals one day 700 cals and one day 3400 or more a day but im getting back on it i feel awful on the inside because of my chosen food path so gotta get back on it i set myself a goal for 2000 to 2050 cals a day just to get started shooting for around 220 to 310 grams of protien a day 60 to 105 grams of carbohydrates a day a day the fats come in to make up the difference im trying to keep em as low in saturated fats as possible

SEPTEMBER 24th , 2007 well so far ive scarffed down one meal and it was gooood here it is , i'll post the rest after i eat em and finnally at the end of the day thanks to fitday i can post the ratio of pro , fat , and carbs MEAL ONE 7:20am to 7:45am - Met-rx big collosal meal relacement bar 14g fat 43g carb 32g pro - low carb monster energy drink (each can is 2 servings) 0g fat 6g carb 0g pro - mega vitamin 0g fat 1.? carb 0g pro -total for meal one - 445cals ---------------------------- MEAL 2 (snack) 10:30 - 10:45am - Met-rx protein plus bar 9g fat 4g carb 32g pro total for meal two - 320cals ---------------------------- Meal 3 - Lunch 12:30 - 12:50pm -chicken breast w/ pepper 1g fat 0g carb 23g pro -can of mushrooms seasoned in bacon flaver seasoning (3 servings) 0g fat 12g carb 9g pro total for meal 3 (lunch) - a dinky 200 cals ---------------------------------------- Meal 4 - mid day snack (4:00 to 4:15) (to servings here) -IDS whey shake 4g fat 6g carb 52g pro total for meal 4 266cals ------------------------------------- Meal 5 - dinner 7:20 to 7:45 -chicken breast 0g fat 0g carb 23g pro -3 caplets of fish oil 1g fat 0g carb 0g pro -half cup of apple juice mixed with table spoon of apple viniger 0g fat 15g carb 0g pro ------------------------------------------------------ meal 6 before bed 10:00pm to 10:05 -1 serving of whey 2g fat 3g carb 23g pro ---------------------------------- (you may notice that most of my meals today have been MRB's) this is because i bought 3 of them yesterday just help get a start on this diet because all they have in them are right things , reason for the monster ? there damn good only the low carb ones though! very long page but had to start this

september 26th , 2007 i dont really have alot of time to post because i have alot of things to do but here , yesterday went great ate a litle over what i should of but today i also got up late 10:30 so im doing i mini high protien low carb diet today as much protien as i can limit at 400 carbs at 100 limit
