I want to take it to the next level and start taking no explode or superdroll to enhance my workout. I already take whey protein but I would like something that delivers more results. Any experience with either of the products? thanks.

never taken superdroll, but NO-explode gives you great motivation however it doesnt give you better results.Atleast for me. maybe the motivation does though. So if you have problems with motivation get it. but if not i would recomend creatine.

haha, alright from your post I can tell your a total beginner, lemme put it to you this way: superdrol and no-xplode are in two totally different levels, i mean totally. Dont even think about taking superdrol, do you even have any idea what a serious decision your about to make? Research a little bit more my friend. Dont make stupid choices with the limited knowledge you have. stick with your whey protein and get some multi-vitamins and take no-xplode if you really want something beside protein and multi-vitamins

Wow 8pack that was a little more than necessary but anyway. As far as the NO and weight loss, It gives you energy and allows more more blood flow. so it helps you do cardio faster and longer. So you lose weight due to the cardio not the NO

I have Taken no explode along with Cell mass for about a month and I have had some great success. In about 1.5 months I went from 34.7% body to a still bad, but much better 27.1% body fat. The No Explode isn't a miracle powder that does everything for you. It does allow me to cardio somewhat longer, and get a few extra reps, and maybe an extra set. But none the less I have been putting alot of work into trying to trim down I still feel have to put the effort into the reps when I am feeling the burn, and push my self longer. You must make the same amount of effort to see any results. From what I have been seeing with myself the diet is the most important thing, I wasn't eating so well for a while I started to see no results but now I am doing 7-8 meals a day and feel even better than I did at the beginning. I really think before anyone wants to try no-explode they should get their Diet and workout rock solid first. Then if you feel you need a bit of an edge try the no-explode, if you don't you are going to spend alot of money on a powder that will not give the same results cause your diet isn't right.
