I've got a bottle stashed away. I've used similar products. NO2 style.

I did a short review

My Review of NO2 Type Products

If you do a search on this site for NO2.. you should find some posts about it as well.

My personal opinion...

It's Arginine plus some other stuff that supposedly helps the Arginine be converted to NO2. Arginine is not a new supplement, it was one of the "hot" ones a few years ago. Controlled, double-blind studies of it haven't shown any benefit to muscle development.

Save your money.

Yes. Get an x-ray. I don't think doing 275 lbs would be a good idea if you do indeed have a fractured sternum.

here is the deal, im in the military...and IF i did go see a doc, he will tell me i cant work out.....now if i stop workin out here in the desert, ill go nuts so if they did tell me to stop, i wont...and when i did go to the gym i would be disobeying a direct order and id get in BIG trouble...so ill keep it on the low low until i hit 275, then ill take x-rays and a big resting break.....appreciate the concern though...good lookin out

Well it's just great to know that our armed forces are taking such good care of themselves.

My brother in in the military too. He's depressed, but he won't take an antidepressents because he thinks that if the Army finds out, it will prevent him from being promoted. So he's just running around miserable and doing a lousy job because of it, and killing his chances for promotion anyway. Of course, this is my brother who ended up with a ruptured disk in his back because he wouldn't slow down and take care of himself, insisted on charging through Ranger school with an 80lb pack on his back, etc.

You think you may have a cracked sternum, yet you want to get past your "plateau" by taking NO2 boosters because you want a figgin T-SHIRT?

Please stop for a minute and think about the rest of your life more than a lousy T shirt.

We'll chip in a buy you a T-shirt, if it'll help

What does the T-shirt you want say "I bench pressed 275 lbs and all I got what this lousy T-shirt"?

Please take care of yourself!!!!!

Latest news: My brother is NOT going to Afganistan. I hadn't even heard he WAS going originally, shows how much we talk! Of course, I don't understand why they'd send him there, considering he majored in Arabic and PT (er, working out) at West Point...
