I'll second that. Vasodilators really are a "finishing touch" kind of supplement, and you won't notice any benefits unles you are already ripped to shreds and sporting pronouced vascular definition -EVEN THEN, the result is subtle. Look at me, for instance: I've got less than 5% bodyfat, and veins standing out all over my arms, even WITHOUT taking Nitrix. Following the recommended dose advice on the container, I've seen some pretty sick pumps and even noticed more veins popping out on my chest DURING an extremely intense workout. But this effect is NOT -I cannot stress that enough- NOT anywhere near the "all-day craziness" that BSN claims. I'm not just jumping on the "you're too young for supplements" bandwagon, believe me. Vasodilators like Nitrix are extremely expensive, and you're wasting your money if you don't bring a LOT of muscle maturity to the table FIRST. You would be FAR better served sticking with a clean diet and a quality protein supplement

Yes, that's me in my avatar, and NO, I don't look like that today. That was taken back in Jan '07, and I lost most of that progress when I slacked off last year. I'm on my way back, tho, and I'm using that photo for inspiration.

I don't know if you are too young or not, but I do agree with it being a marginally acceptable supplement only if you have very low body fat. You would be better served to spend your money on a quality protein powder. Your body needs the fuel to build muscle. The main side effect of nitrix is felt in your wallet. Train hard, eat well and get plenty of sleep. With respect, Intense

Man stick to the basics: Multivitamin, Fishoil, Whey Protein. Thats pretty much it.

dude you will be fine... i've been taking supplements for about a year now and im only 15. remember though, your not going to get huge by taking them... it involves mostly hard work and a good diet. i would say go for it, but its up to you
