how long do the pumps work and if you dont drink the amount of water do the pumps stop working?

well, I gotta say when I used creatine my lady noticed a difference. And I don't mean hardness or lengevity,..but size. After she mentioned it I noticed too. I've since stopped taking it but once about a year ago, and that girlfriend said something about the size change too. I guess the idea is to take creatine mid-girlfriend after you're already sexually active, then take it and let the compliments roll in. At least that's how it is for me.

Good news for me is at the end of January I'm doin' the creatine again. But I might be in between girlfriends which means that I'll start it before the lady, stop during the lady, and become a big disappointment.

But yea man, don't worry if you're 15 don't even worry about it, unless you have some 15 yr old that's really hung that you're fighting the ladies from just work out naturally, and if you do use supps...use them for muscle growth not "love muscle" growth.
