nitric oxide vs energy drinks

Im looking into buying some supp before i go gym to give me some more energy, What do you think is best ENERGY DRINK OR NO PRODUCTS. E.G VIPER DRINK BY MAXIMUSCLE OR NO E.G SUPERPUMP 250? CHEERS DANNY

superpump250 is supposed to be good, but beware of the superdump part of it. I actually highly recommend the 5 hour energy shot things, they have very little caffeine (~50mg) and will give you that boost. Only thing is it is expensive.

ORIGINAL: Soccerking3000 superpump250 is supposed to be good, but beware of the superdump part of it. I actually highly recommend the 5 hour energy shot things, they have very little caffeine (~50mg) and will give you that boost. Only thing is it is expensive. Yeah I use those 5 hour energy shots sometimes. My favorite energy drink is Bawls, but I really try to stay away from them. It's kinda nuts how big of a craze they've become recently.

yea bawls is actually pretty good, i try to shy away from anything with a lot of caffiene in it mainly because you can restless and dependant on it for energy.

I have heard it has been reformulated because of the superdump issue. I like to have some iced coffee with some protein powder in it preworkout. Cheap and it is not full of crap that you dont need.

superpump works well for me.....no toilet issues as of yet!i recommend it.
