I come up with this recipe altering a recipe I found on the net, these bars which you could call brownies the way they turn out taste incredible. The ingredients that I use are somewhat specific but I am sure they could be substituted if you can not find them at your grocery store. Ingredients as follows.
1 box of 8 40 gram packages of "Kashi Go lean instant hot cereal" I found this with the oats in the cereal isle.
1 cup of skim milk
2 bananas
4 tbls natural peanut butter
1/4 cup mixed nuts-I use planters mixed nuts with almonds, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts, and peanuts.
1 cup of egg whites- I use 100% egg whites from the carton called better n eggs.
3 scoops of chocolate whey protein
2 scoops of chocolate muscle milk
cinamon add to your taste.
preparation- pour milk into blender and add bananas, blend until smooth. Add peanut butter, nuts and egg whites, blend until nuts sound like they have been well chopped.
Add the whey and mm and cinamon and blend until well mixed.
Pour mixture into mixing bowl and add the oats, mix with a mixing spoon until well mixed.
You could blend the oats in the blender too but my blender was not big enough to hold the oats.
pour into a 9x13 pan sprayed with a non stick spray and bake at 325 (preheated oven) for 15-20 minutes. When done it should feel firm to the touch. When cool cut into 12 bars. The nutritional value for the ingredients listed are.

There is also a decent amount of vits and minerals in these, I highly recomend trying this recipe, I will be eating atleast one of these a day for my snack at work. They should probably be refriderated, dont ask how long they stay fresh but I expect atleast a week or two in a sealed container.
Please post your results if you try these.
