Put weights on your chest and do less crunches.

Do more cardio.  Reduce calories.  Abs are like any other muscle.  Would you do 100 bench press reps?  Probably not.

IM ON WEEK 7 AT THE GYM ALTERNATING BETWEEN UPPER, CARDIO,& LOWER. SHOULD I NOW JUST MABE DO STARIGHT CARDIO FOR A MONTH AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS? IM ALSO FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME FOLOWING THE WEIGHT WATCHERS POINTS. OH MY GOD I AM HUNGRY!!!! I WAS DOING BODY FOR LIFE FOOD PROGRAM. EATING 6 TIMES A DAY, ALWAYS PROTEIN IN EVERY SNACK ETC. I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE 30LBS BEFORE I START TO  CONCENTRATE ON A SIX PACK

hi, timing of food intake and where the calories are going is important too. I have had my problems with fat, but in a nutshell your body won't burn fat if it has carbohydrates to work with. I am a builder but for me, I take in a good protein meal before a workout, and keep the carbs very low. Fat is ok cuz the body needs a certain amount of fat to carry out essential functions. So with the carbs low, and protein levels high, in theory it should immediatly derive it's energy from your fat warehouse. I take a motab enhancer with lots of water, and do about 20 minutes of cardio(brisk walking). Then after it's ok to eat normal, carbs or whatever your diet contains, but of course always make protein a high priority. Depending on how your body's motabolism is and how much muscle you have burning the fat, will depend on how fast it will all fall off. A good motabolism enhancer like lean system 7 or hydroxycut might greatly increase the speed of that depending on your individual body type. Take care
