Don't hitch your deadlift like that.

If you need assistance on the middle part of the lift, do some rack pulls, you should be able to do 415 for reps on them, with the bar below the knee.
Squat 385, Bench 235, Deadlift 450 @ 181.

Agreed-a 5-10 lb increase consistently per week is what i would be shooting for.  Please dont get wrapped up in the numbers game again

stallone, does your grip hold really good for that much.  With 370 I could feel my grip not wanting to work, lol.  I guess I'm gonna need some straps or somethin....

I understand. I used to hit 185 and now after snapping ligaments in my lower back during deadlift I'm doing 10 reps of 42.5lbs. It blows, but go slow. Going back to the begining is way worse then taking a little more time to reach your goals.

Toolman do you use straps - I noticed on your videos you don't but I'm also aiming for the 400 mark - trying to hit it tomorrow.

Man I gotta get a vid up of my friend doing Deadlifts, he's 5'8" 160lbs and I **** you not, his 1RM is a clean rep of somewhere around the 420lbs mark. I found it damn impressive.

wow havent been on here in a long time , came to check out how the site is doing and found this thread to be doing nicely still

last few months ive really been focusing on powerlifing trying to find a comp to enter before my 19th B-day in september my bench is still sucking but my deads and squats are coming in good

last week i pulled 455lbs for 3 on my deadlift with a belt
been squating in the 350's to 380 ranges 6-8 reps
i know its not the best but my max on bench has made its way to about 300lbs

ive been training strictly raw and its seemed to help when i pulled the 455 i put a belt on for the first time in a long long time and had next to perfect form

hope everyone else is doing great WOO :)
