What are reps, and how many are there in reps.

Reps is short for Repitition.  How many times you perform a particular exercise. It can be any number, but generally between 1-20

If you do 10 reps then rest for 30 seconds and perform 10 more reps, you have just completed 2 sets of 10 reps. or 2X10
