forget about fat burners...waste of precious money...just eat right and do more cardio ! And about muscle milk....a really good protein worth it ! we have reviews in here if you search about it ! and I would also skip the creatine, just eat right and enough...train hard and the results will come

I have to disagree with Nic on this one. I think thermogenics can definitely help. Of course, nothing replaces good ol' diet and exercise, but they do provide a good benefit. Wooster, I would suggest looking at products by us (Avant Labs) and Designer Supplements. Consider things like H.E.A.T. Stack, SesaThin, Melting Point, and Basic Cuts. A great stack, for example, would be SesaThin and Basic Cuts. Just stack products that are complementary to each other.

Your only 20, and at 5"7 and 160 your not that over weight. It should be no promblem for you to get ripped w/o any fancy fat burner. Add more cardio, and work with lighter weights for high reps till burnout. watch your diet, drink water instead of sodas, Water is very important, and is the most overlooked supplement. Buy a cheap Whey protein if low on funds, and take only after workout. If the protein isnt 100% Whey, dont think its not a good product, make sure the main protein is Whey, but a variety of proteins is actually better, since proteins absorb at differnt times.

yeh i agree that fat loss supplements are not worth it and that the desired result can be acvhieved through cardio and healthy eating "diet". unless of course you have a genetic problem maybe then it would be beneficial to use fat loss products on the protein thing i recommend you get a good whey isolate ( its very useful post workout and maybe immediadlty in the morning) im not a fan of protein blends i dont see any use in them unless you are trying to supplement real meals and get creatine CEE awesome product give you some real strength gains , prob best to buy the creatine maybe after 6 months of training
