A few questions first- How long have you been working out, how many calories are you eating per day, how much protein, carbs, etc- And finally, what does your workout look like? Being in the military, if your hours are anything like mine were, proper rest is usually out of the question- How does your sleep look? Have to ask these things, since if there's a lot of room for improvement in any of those areas, there's no real sense in messing with anything else- Naturally, you'd have to make sure you're putting a hundred percent effort when it comes to the basics before you move on to other things.
