new with a question :)
-
Saturday, November 04, 2006 7:32 PM
Hello, first off i just turned 16 (end of October) I'm around 5'10'' and weigh about 150 I dont want to go to a gym and all I have is free weights. My primary reason for lifting is not gaining larger muscles or more toned muscles, I just enjoy the fealing after im fineshed as well as the stress it relieves. (however larger/toned muscles wouldn't hurt :P) Could anybody help me with a routine so that I don't over do it and end up hurting myself (doing an incomplete work out and leaving something weak/Doing to much)?

thats kind of an odd reason to be wanting to workout, but i guess some peoiple are different. you should aim for goals, not just workout because you like how it feels man. in order to see any results you have to have a passion for lifting man, not rlly anything i can help you out with man.

i dont think thats an odd reason at all, actually enjoying lifting weights rather than the physical benefits from it unlike most of us, youll porbably go further with an attitude like that, in my oppinoin, good look.

pimpwivgunz, that isnt an odd reason. But i mean its a rare reason for wanting to lift. Like me, i lift to get fit, bigger, stronger, and more appealing..... Reside, dont take it offensive but i guess its not a bad reason, i mean there is no bad reason for wanting to lift. Good luck and update with your progress and send questions so we can help you out.
