Im new to bodybuilding. Im 15 and looking for a weight training schedule.and diet.

you may want to take a look at the basics by twin peak: The Basics According to Twin Peak

its pretty tight.

concerning your diet... i mean i'm sixteen and i started when i was 15 also, as long as you eat; and eat a lot you'll have no trouble really. Its hard to gain fat weight when your young like us because of our awesome metabolism so just load up on chicken and yogurt and milk and everything else thats good. (not snickers necessarily). but the biggest problem you run into could be not getting enough nutrition. 5-6 meals a day should be great for you because its great for me.

while i'm thinking of it, i dont know where or what you can lift with if its restrained to only a few things let us know and we'll help you out.

if you got some spare coin buy some whey protein or something because it helps alot.
