http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/ Then u can pick like whichever ones are more interesting to ya. I like free weights over machines. This way u can go into the gym and know what u want to do already. Have u figured out how u gonna do ur workouts? 3, 4, or 5 day split? 30,60,90 min workouts? stuff like that I guess. It's nice to have a gameplan when u start working out. Kinda sets things in perspective.
