heyy there, i just found this site off of another(caraudio), and i just have a few plans i need help with first off im 15, 16 in feb, i am 510-11ish, 187lbs...with a belly and a fat but(ehh least of my probs) i want to loose some fat in the stomach region, but build up my abbs also, so i been eating a little healthier, like cutting down on the fast food, and eating less at school I need to know what i should cut down on from this list, or add morning(645ish) 1-large ice coffee in the morning 1-bagel with butter( i take lots of it off) lunch(not till 10th period a lil after noon) 1-youhoo 2-hamberger or some sort of taco/meat chesse combo snacks(when i get home) a sandwhich(i been eating tuna since of the protien) and some junky food dinner usally a veggie a meat(steak chiken, ect) and thats all i have... for activities, i usall runn at school, 1 mile of a walking/running combo, or a sport(soccer or ultimate frizbee) and i do pick up my free weight (20lbs) and doing 4 sets of 15 (biseps)with them, some situps(3 sets of 12) and some push ups... what should i do to get a better looking midsection, and bigger arms/shoulders, something to show off at the beach when the summer rolls around???
