LOL fat burners? i never even knew these existed. I was looking up on them now and there are so many of them. Do thye really help losing fat or is it all a crack of ***. Which one is best by your experience?

Fat burners really don't do that much. It just gives you an energy rush and some of them supress appetiet like hoodia. I am taking redline right now only because they came with my no shotgun and i just ran out of it, so im using the redline caps as preworkout energy. In all, don't expect them to really do that much, losing fat is all in the diet, with cardio.

something i have always wondered is do fat burners actually burn "fat" or are they just burning calories?????

dude, dont even waste your money on them deff not worth it if you ask me, save your money and get something good
