so i just recently started working out, but im not really trying to get "built" im more looking into getting seriously cut so i just wanted to run some stuff by you guys to see if this is a good workout plan

my workout schedule consists of
M: Chest, Abs
T: Biceps, Abs
W: Legs, Abs
T: Back, Abs
F: Shoulders, Triceps
S: Rest
S: Rest
 
as for my diet it goes a bit like this
 
Breakfast: Protein shake with fruit
folowed by an hour of working out
snack: a head of lettuce
lunch: protein shake
snack2:celery
dinner: whatever is for dinner? (usualy a 600ish calorie meal)
 
dose this look good to you guys or is there some changes that are needed?

too much abs day after day
 
and it looks like to me your getting about 1000 calories a day :/

trying to loose weight, im getting all the nutrients i need just in smaller portions.

some celery and lettuce aint gonna give you nothin, ab work doesnt help lose weight btw, its just like any other workout.

yes im aware, on top of all of these things ill be running 1.5-2.0 miles a day.
 
probably shoulded of added that in there, i kinda forgot.
