new diet opinions needed

well my sched is completely changing starting thursday, im going to be working 730-4 instead of 4-8 ( sucks i know ) for the next 3 months but i do look at it as chance to really make my diet work, get myself into an every day routine.. i wont be sleeping 12-14 hours a day and completely missing meals as often as i do. so anyways this is what i was thinking ( not an every day thing ofcourse but just an example, gotta switch up the meals once and a while ) 7:30 6-8 egg whites ( probably hard boiled just because its easier ) 1/2 scoop of whey protein and low sugar oatmeal or 2 slices of wheat bread and a glass of skim milk 9:30 scoop of whey with water 12:30 whole wheat pasta can of tuna maybe some low fat yogurt 2:30 5-6 oz chicken breast 2 slices of wheat bread cup of brocoli 4:00 pre workout supplements 6:30ish post workout scoop of whey protein w/ water 7:00 steak/ whole grain pasta/vegie or chicken salad 10:30ish low fat cottage cheese right now im about 198, trying to cut a few more lbs and then slow bulk for the summer
