I doubt you will get loose skin as your current weight is only 200lbs and a lean up type of protein shake would probaly be good cause protein is also vital in fat loss

If you are tall and only 200 lb. I also doubt you will have loose skin. That thing you were checking out didn't really say anything useful other than eat less exercise more. Alot of things on there were false, like how healthy you eat doesn't nesicarily have anything to do with fat loss, you could eat at mcdonalds everyday but if your eating under maintenence calories than you'll lose fat. Also they can't tell you have much you need to eat everything is different, though it could probably be a good gauge until you find out how much you need to eat to lose weight. Oh sorry to answer your questions: Take bcaa's (broken down protein) before you do cardio to help reduce muscle loss but alot of times bcaa's are in protein shakes, there in mine at least. And if your goal is just to lose weight cardio isn't really important as long as you eat less calories than you burn. But it helps keep you in great shape and allows you to eat more and still lose weight.

Weird, all the guys have 8 pack abs in those videos. Weird that they would advertise a 6-pack ab diet when there's no such thing as six pack abs.

lmao, that link you posted is the cheapest site I've ever seen; the video is pretty bad too, as soon as that guy said "well what exactly does that mean?" - for the third time I couldn't take it anymore and you can see he's reading of a sheet of paper which is why he's just hired to sell THAT ad. My suggestion, whatever you do don't follow that website, there is plenty of information on this forum on how to get started, and exercise executions can be found almost anywhere these days. Get to reading and trying some routines listed or pinned in the teenage bodybuilding section. After a while you'll end up making your own routine anyways, it's a matter of getting a hang of the exercises and keeping proper form, the rest is up to you and your body. Good luck.
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts! Age: 18 Height: 5' 7" Weight: 162 lb Current Status: Strength Training (Max-OT)

May be, but my idea was that you can't do something without knowing how to do it and if you're doing something then its obvious you know what it is and how to do it! Thanks for the tip though. :)
